Frequently asked questions

What to know before sending a request or arriving for a confirmed ride.

Is my request an immediate booking?

No. Every request is reviewed before a ride is confirmed.

Do you accept first-time riders?

Sometimes, for selected controlled experiences. Trail and advanced requests usually require previous experience.

Why do you ask for height and weight?

Horse and tack suitability depend on the complete rider profile. Accurate details support welfare and safety.

Can experienced riders canter or gallop?

Not automatically. Pace depends on horse, terrain, footing, weather and the instructor’s assessment.

What happens in hot or wet weather?

The time, route or date may change. Safety and horse welfare take priority over the original plan.

What should I wear?

Closed footwear with a defined heel, long trousers and practical fitted clothing are recommended. Helmet requirements are confirmed before arrival.

Can we drink champagne during a hen experience?

Alcohol is not permitted before or during horse handling or riding. Any celebration drinks must wait until the equestrian portion is over.

Can photographs be used online?

Not without separate, informed marketing consent. Group photo delivery and public promotional use are different permissions.

Where is the meeting point?

Exact location is shared only after confirmation, because it can depend on the horse, route and operating plan.

Can I buy a gift voucher?

You can request one. Final voucher and payment terms must be agreed before issuance.

Still unsure?

Tell us about your situation in the request form and we will recommend the safest suitable format.
