Every ride remains subject to weather, footing, route access and the welfare of horses and guests.

Conditions are checked before departure
Heat, strong wind, heavy rain, storms, poor visibility and unsafe footing can lead to a later start, a different route, a shorter session or postponement. The responsible decision is made as close to the ride as conditions allow.
Stay reachable
Guests should provide an active phone or WhatsApp number and check messages before travelling. A request is not a confirmed ride until the team has allocated the horse, instructor, date and time.
If plans must change
The team will offer the most appropriate alternative under the agreed booking terms. Guest-requested changes and operator-led weather changes may be treated differently, so final cancellation and refund rules must be supplied with the confirmation.
